Lotus Paradise Resort - Sha Plus, Koh Tao

This hotel is a lovely spot right by the ocean, with two pools and friendly staff. While the rooms are spacious and clean, the housekeeping policy requires a card to be hung outside for cleaning, which was a bit confusing at first and resulted in our room not being cleaned. Overall, it was a great stay, but I would suggest clear communication regarding room cleaning policies.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location was excellent, right by the beach, and the rooms were spacious and clean. However, the noise from the bar at night was disruptive, and the staff's attitude during check-in was rather off-putting. Overall, while the accommodations were nice, the service and some aspects of the experience left much to be desired.

My recent stay at the Lotus Paradise Resort had its ups and downs. On the positive side, the location is fantastic, just a short walk to the beach, and the resort has great amenities including two pools and a nice restaurant. However, we experienced some issues with our room not being cleaned properly and the noise levels from the bar at night were quite bothersome. Overall, while there are some great features, a few improvements are needed.

I recently stayed at the resort and was absolutely thrilled with its incredible beach setup and comfortable bungalows.
